DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE -- YELLING AT ME FOR NO REASON AND NOT LISTENING TO WHAT I WAS SAYING. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE A PHOTO COPY OF YOUR DRIVING LICENSE WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT..
THEY SAY IT'S "THEIR POLICY" BUT CANNOT PROVIDE A COPY OF THEIR POLICY STATING THAT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO SCAN AND MAKE A DIGITAL PHOTO COPY OF YOUR DRIVING LICENSE... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! THEN YOU WONDER WHY THERE ARE SO MANY IDENTITY THEFTS ... I ASKED POLITY FOR THEM TO PROVIDE A COPY OFT HEIR POLICY THEY CANNOT PROVIDE IT IN WRITING...
VERBAL ONLY !!!! NOWHERE WHEN YOU BOOK YOU AGREE TO GIVE YOUR ID TO BE COPIED. NO SUCH THING!!
THEY DID NOT CHECK ME IN AND CAUSED ME GREAT DEAL OF INCONVENIENCE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE LOSERS.

They told my boyfriend and I that we aren't allowed to laugh on the property and that if we continued to laugh that they were going to kick us out. That is complete ***.
That's the upside to staying at all of the sleazy and run down no-tell motels: for years and years afterwards you can look back and laugh at what ou went through and all of the people that you share the story with can laugh as well. I know that it is not funny when you are going through it, believe me, I have been there/done that, but I guess that you get your money's worth when you consider all of the pleasure you and others will get from laughing at the stories.
